Nosotros – Biosano

We are a Chilean company that has been on the market since 1940. We currently produce around 140 presentations of small volume parenteral (SVP) solutions.

Our plant

Our plant was built in 2002 by Telstar Project España, and was specially designed to meet high quality and productivity standards.

Our four production lines for 1, 2, 3, 5 and 10 ml are capable of producing nine million ampoules per month.

In March 2020, our new manufacturing and critical support areas were completed, with two new, fully-automated, 36,000 amp/hour production lines plus all brand-new critical supports (WFI, HVAC, autoclaves, furnaces, boiler, etc.).
